Senior Citizens
The Annual Outing will take place on Wednesday 10th July. €10 per person to include meals and bus. The bus will leave Killenaule at 9.30 am from St. Mary’s School. As places are limited those wishing to travel please give your name to Mary on 087 6486114 as soon as possible.

Pro-Life Rally In Dublin
A Pro-Life Rally will be held in Dublin on the weekend of the 6th July (Saturday) at 2 pm. Anybody who would like to travel contact Margaret Bergin on 087 6306510. Please take a leaflet which is available at the back of the Church.

Hillview Play School
On Thursday of this week Hillview Play School was packed to capacity with parents and brothers, sisters and family members as 16 children said goodbye to the Playschool where they had been members and are now moving to Senior School. The occasion was a very happy and joyful occasion for all concerned. Great credit is due to Bernadette Shaw and her staff for the welcome extended to all the family members. Mass was celebrated in the playschool. The occasion ended with refreshments for all present. All were wished success on their educational journey in the future.

Ballinure Cemetery (Weather Permitting)
The Graveyard which has been cancelled due to inclement weather will take place on Friday evening 5th July at 7 pm.

Diocescan Pilgrimage To Knock
The Dicoescan Pilgrimage to Knock will take place on Sunday 4th August 2013.

School Closes
All our schools have now closed for the summer holidays. As a result, great numbers of our young people will be out on our roads and on our streets, so greater caution is needed. Drive carefully, Drive slowly, No accidents. Have a lovely summer.

Millennium Family Resource Centre
Is running a Full Time E Business Level 5 course from September 2013. The course includes modules such as Web Authoring, Entrepreneurial Skills, Communications and Work Experience. We will be running open interviews on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th July from 10 am to 4 pm. You must be aged 18 – 35 and in receipt  of a Social Protection Payment to apply. Charity Walk With Alex
In Glengoole on the 16th July 2013 at 7 pm. Registration fee is €10. All proceeds going to the Jack and Jill Foundation. Walk/Jog/Run. Come and enjoy the fun. Participants will have a choice of doing 2,4,6 or 7 kilometres. The registration will be open from 5 pm on Tuesday 16th July in Millennium Family Resource Centre Glengoole. Eucharistic Adoration
Continues every Wednesday in the Prayer Room from 11 am – 7 pm. To all our parishioners we say feel free to come to the Prayer Room on Wednesday. Why not just drop in and spend some time with the Lord – He would want to meet you and speak to you there. An appeal to all who have cars, call and bring a parishioner confined to their homes, what a wonderful way of helping people to meet Jesus.

Getting Married In The Catholic Church
1. You are required to give 3 months notice to the Priest where the Marriage is celebrated.

The Slieveardagh Lotto is held on Wednesday Mornings, this week the Lotto will take place in Slieveardagh Cultural & Enterprise Centre.  This week’s Prize Fund is €17,150.00– Jackpot: €16,950.00. Tickets cost €2.00 and are available in Slieveardagh Centre Killenaule, Shops, Pubs and Post Offices in Killenaule, Ballingarry, Glengoole, The Commons, Gortnahoe, Grange, Ballysloe and Ballynonty.
