Great Festival
The 14th/15th September a Great Parish Festival will be held in the Parish Field in Killenaule. All are asked to give the festival your support. Show your appreciation by turning out in great numbers. It will be bigger and better than last year – show your appreciation to the committee, as all the People of the Parish turn out in great numbers.
Events over the festival weekend are:
18k Tractor Run (new and old), Vintage Car Run, MotorBike Run. Registration @11:30am in Killenaule Soccer Pitch ending in a parade through Killenaule at 2pm
Mini Marathon Clonmel
Register now on www.tippminimarathon.ie for the 2013 Women’s Mini Marathon organised by North Tipp Sports Partnership and the South Tipp Sports Partnership in Clonmel on Sunday 29th Sept at 11 am. Registration price increases after Spet 2nd and closing date for all entries is strictly Sept 23rd 2013. Benefit 4 First Steps Online Training Funded By FIT And Muintír Na Tíre
Commencing in Slieveardagh Centre in September 13. This is an eight hour training course on a Wednesday Morning for 4 weeks (2 hours each Wednesday). Course costs €10 remainder will be funded by the above mentioned. Persons must be over 55 or unemployed/loan parent/on disability. Call Corina on 0529156165 for further details.
Killenaule Active Retirement
Welcome back to all our members. The next meeting of the Association will be held on Thursday 5th September at 2 pm in St. Mary’s Hall. New members always welcome.
Eucharistic Adoration
Continues every Wednesday in the Prayer Room from 11 am – 7 pm. To all our parishioners we say feel free to come to the Prayer Room on Wednesday. Why not just drop in and spend some time with the Lord – He would want to meet you and speak to you there. An appeal to all who have cars, call and bring a parishioner confined to their homes, what a wonderful way of helping people to meet Jesus.

Getting Married In The Catholic Church
1. You are required to give 3 months notice to the Priest where the Marriage is celebrated.
2. Fill in a pre-nuptial form with the Priest of your Parish.
3. Produce – Recent Baptismal, Confirmation Certificate and Letters of Freedom.
4. Produce Certificate confirming attendance at a Marriage Preparation Course.

No Winner. The Slieveardagh Lotto is held on Wednesday Mornings, this week the Lotto will take place in Slieveardagh Cultural & Enterprise Centre. This week’s Prize Fund is €17,500.00– Jackpot: €17,300.00. Tickets cost €2.00 and are available in Slieveardagh Centre Killenaule, Shops, Pubs and Post Offices in Killenaule, Ballingarry, Glengoole, The Commons, Gortnahoe, Grange, Ballysloe and Ballynonty. No winner of the Prize Fund or Jackpot last Tuesday. Next draw takes place on Wednesday Morning 4th Sept 2013.
