U13’s lost their Feile hurling game to Ballingarry by 4 points. They will continue training for Peil competition which is starting in coming week.
U16s had a great win against Anner Gaels in their hurling semi final. Leading by 2 points at half time the team pushed on in the second half giving their all to a comfortable win in the end. Thanks to the great support we had on the night.
The U16s lost the South Hurling Final to Mullinahone 3-10 to 2-6. We got the perfect start scoring 1-1 in the first minutes and were still leading the game at half time. Mullinahone had a stronger second half going onto win the match. This was a brave team performance and they fought to the bitter end.
Thanks to the parents for their help during the year. Special thanks to the players who have shown great commitment and made great progress during the year, ye’re a credit to the club. Finally thanks to the coaches Martin Hassett, Liam Fitzgerald and others who helped during the year, Dan Croke, Mathew O’Donnell, Bubbles and Jack O’Connell.
