Killenaule Juvenile GAA Notes

U14B football team put in a brave performance against Newport in the County Semi Final. While Killenaule were first on the scoreboard and had most of the possession goalie Sean Ivers was called on to make several great saves. However Newport started the second half stronger and after a quick succession of scores left too much for Killenaule to do and the game finished 2-8 to 0-4. Scorers on the day Nathan Barrett, Jack Cashin and Padraig O’Dwyer. This team have made great progress since the start of the campaign improving their performance with each game played. Well done to all the players and coaches.
