Please find attached, list of free courses available through BTEI which are scheduled to start during the period November 2021 to March 2022 in Cahir, Carrick on Suir, Cashel & Clonmel,
Applicants can apply online through the www.fetchcourses.ie website. Details on how to apply are included on the attached list of courses and there are also further instructions on how to Register for a FETCH account attached (FETCH Guide for Learners).

Courses are free to those on :
- Social Welfare Payments or Dependants of Social Welfare Recipients
- Medical Card
- CE Scheme
- Less than Upper Second Level Education or equivalent (i.e. those who’s highest level of education is less than Leaving Certificate or equivalent)
